We are a fast-growing, dual-brand company expanding our Kallang Experience Center.- The Kurater: Design-led, luxury furniture sourcing for homeowners and trade professionals.

We are currently expanding our sales engine and are looking to hire 3 driven Sales Executives across two specialized tracks. When applying, please indicate which track best fits your experience.
Sales Executive – The Kurater (2 Vacancies)
Focus: B2C Homeowners & B2B Clients
What You Will Do:
- Showroom Consultation: Guide walk-in homeowners and designers through our Kallang showroom, conducting deep needs assessments for their floor plans and aesthetics.
- Design Advisory: Recommend furniture layouts, and finishes that align with the client’s interior design vision.
- Quoting & Closing: Prepare detailed quotations, negotiate terms, and close fast-moving retail deals as well as larger B2B packages.
- Order Fulfillment: Coordinate seamlessly with our sourcing and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of custom pieces.
Sales Executive – The Sourcing King (1 Vacancy)
Focus: B2B Construction & Trade
What You Will Do:
- B2B Prospecting: Actively engage with main contractors, sub-contractors, and renovation firms to supply raw materials (timber, flooring, stone).
- Technical Sales: Read Bill of Quantities (BQ), provide accurate material takeoff quotes, and conduct technical demonstrations of material durability.
- Pipeline Management: Manage a longer B2B sales cycle, following up on project tenders and closing bulk material orders.
- Account Retention: Build strong, repeat-order relationships with site managers and procurement heads in the construction industry.
Shared Responsibilities :
- Warm Lead Conversion: Follow up on high-quality inbound leads generated by our robust social media and digital marketing engine.
- CRM Management: Keep meticulous records of client interactions, follow-ups, and sales pipelines in our internal tracking system.
- After-Sales Excellence: Ensure a premium customer experience from the first handshake to post-delivery support.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1–2 years of sales experience (Experience in furniture, interior design, or construction materials is a strong advantage, but hungry learners are welcome).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with a consultative, problem-solving approach.
- Highly driven and motivated by uncapped commission structures.
- Able to work a 5.5-day rostered schedule (including weekends for Experience Centre duty).
- High Earning Potential: $2,650 Base + Uncapped Commission with a transparent framework. Strong performers realistically clear $5,000 to $9,000+ monthly.
- Warm Leads Provided: We invest heavily in marketing. You focus on closing, not cold calling.
- Work-Life Balance: 14 Days Annual Leave + 6 Off Days a month (above the retail average). Strictly office hours—no working until 10 PM.
- Zero Inventory Risk: Our direct-sourcing model means no dead stock. You sell, we source, allowing for faster turnarounds and better margins.
