Executive Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide executive support: correspondence, reports, meeting minutes, and follow-ups.
  • Assist in organising lectures and events, including logistics, volunteers, and participant management.
  • Manage travel, accommodation, and hospitality for invited speakers and guests.
  • Handle administration: receipts, payments, filing, and liaising with vendors/partners.
  • Support finance and compliance (budget preparation, Corppass filings, donor checks).
  • Assist with communications: content preparation, social media, email campaigns, and event promotion.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Events Management, or related field.
  • At least 2 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant, PA, or in admin/events coordination.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills; able to take clear meeting minutes.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Zoom/AV tools.
  • Discreet, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Willingness to work occasional evenings/weekends for events.
  • Familiarity with digital tools for social media, design, or email marketing advantageous.
