Key Responsibilities:
- Provide executive support: correspondence, reports, meeting minutes, and follow-ups.
- Assist in organising lectures and events, including logistics, volunteers, and participant management.
- Manage travel, accommodation, and hospitality for invited speakers and guests.
- Handle administration: receipts, payments, filing, and liaising with vendors/partners.
- Support finance and compliance (budget preparation, Corppass filings, donor checks).
- Assist with communications: content preparation, social media, email campaigns, and event promotion.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Events Management, or related field.
- At least 2 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant, PA, or in admin/events coordination.
- Strong organisational and communication skills; able to take clear meeting minutes.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Zoom/AV tools.
- Discreet, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Willingness to work occasional evenings/weekends for events.
- Familiarity with digital tools for social media, design, or email marketing advantageous.
