Customer Service Officer

Up to 3K per month + 1.5 month yearly performance bonus_ Customer Service Officer_12 months contract (Renewable)
Job Description- Deliver professional customer service to hotline calls.
- Be the first point of touch with customers.
- Handle and resolving customers enquire and feedback.
- Ensure that complaints are monitored and resolved.
- Able to handle emergency situations/complains appropriately should the situation arises.
- Min O Level holder
- Min 1 year of customer service in call center environment
- Good communication skills and customer service orientated attitude
- 5.5 days work week, 44 hours per week (1 weekend OFF)
- Rotating Shift - 6.45am to 3.45pm, 8am to 5pm, 9am to 6pm, 11am to 8pm, 12.45pm to 10.45pm (Planned by the hiring manager)
- Work onsite in City Hall office thereafter in July or August to near Common Wealth MRT
