Responsibilities- Achieve operational KPIs accurately and on time
- Manage daily admin functions (contracts, finance, projects, onboarding/offboarding, staff screening, access reviews)
- Provide professional customer service support
- Participate in training and continuous skill development
- Collaborate with team members to ensure service continuity and consistent decision-making
- Identify process gaps and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy
- Diploma in any discipline (fresh graduates welcome)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Good interpersonal skills and teamwork
- High integrity, especially in handling confidential information
- Detail-oriented and results-driven
Monday -Friday : 8.00am - 5.30pm
