Reporting to the Senior Front Office Manager, your job responsibilities include, but not limited to:-
Responsibilities- Provide total guest support.
- Responsible for welcoming and checking in and out of guests to the Hotel.
- Managing guest enquiries and providing information of hotel to guests whenever applicable.
- Act as key liaison between the customers and the Hotel in delivering total customer satisfactions.
- Minimum 1 year customer service expereince.
- Attentive to details. Service oriented and a team player.
- Conversant in written and spoken English.
- Proficient in OPERA will be added advantage.
