Manage internal and external excursions (MRB or Quality Claims).
Oversee customer data reporting.
Conduct quality-related training sessions.

Lead continuous improvement activities.
Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
Preferably knowledgeable in Statistical Process Control (SPC) and statistical techniques.
Auditing experience is a plus.
Understanding of system flow and databases is an added advantage.
