About the Role

Join a licensed, healthcare-focused employment agency supporting elderly and adults with care needs in Singapore.

As a Care Advisor, you will manage end-to-end caregiver placements — from understanding families’ needs to coordinating suitable caregiver matches and providing post-placement support. You will take ownership of client cases — understanding family needs, recommending suitable caregivers, and guiding clients through complex and sometimes emotional decisions.

This is not a typical customer service role.

This is a client-facing advisory role that combines communication, coordination, and problem-solving, ideal for individuals who want a meaningful career in healthcare services or advisory work.

• Diploma or Degree in any discipline
• 2–4 years of experience in customer-facing roles (service, healthcare, recruitment, education, etc.)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple cases independently
