• Source and purchase materials, negotiate pricing, and issue purchase orders (POs) according to project requirements and budget.
• Request and compare quotations from suppliers and contractors to ensure competitive pricing.
• Process orders from project teams and ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Maintain and update PO records, supplier information, and material specifications using company systems.
• Liaise with suppliers, contractors, and internal teams to coordinate orders and resolve purchasing issues.
• Monitor inventory levels and purchase materials for stock replenishment when required.
• Track price changes, negotiate payment terms, and identify cost-saving alternatives to improve profitability.
• Attend project and kick-off meetings while supporting ad-hoc administrative and procurement duties as assigned.
