Responsibilities:

Requirements:

• Diploma in Mechanical, Electronics, or related engineering fields.
• 1 to 2 years of relevant work experience, ideally within the semiconductor sector.
• Familiarity with dicer, grinder, or laser technologies is advantageous.
• Understanding of technical support related to blades and wheels.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
• Demonstrated proactivity and ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
