Treasury Manager / Director - Global FinTech (Payments)

Adecco is partnering our client, a well-known US Tech MNC

• Adecco is partnering with our client, a global organization, to hire a Treasury Manager / Director based in Singapore.
• This is a hands-on leadership role within a lean treasury team, responsible for managing global liquidity, optimizing banking structures, and driving treasury operations and transformation initiatives.
• You will work closely with the VP of Treasury (based in Tel Aviv) and lead a small international team, playing a key role in ensuring efficient cash management, payments execution, and process improvement across the organization.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• Minimum 6+ years of treasury experience, with strong payments experience (essential)
• Proven experience in cash management, liquidity planning, and banking relationships
• Strong financial analysis and modeling capabilities
• High attention to detail with a strong controls mindset
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Prior people management experience preferred (hands-on leadership in lean teams)

Professional certifications (optional but advantageous):

• CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst)
• ACT (Association of Corporate Treasurers)
• CPA / ACCA

Job Description

As a Treasury Manager / Director, you will oversee core treasury functions, ensuring effective cash and liquidity management, efficient payments operations, and continuous process optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily cash positioning and liquidity across global bank accounts
• Ensure adequate funding for operational and strategic needs
• Manage intercompany funding, cash pooling, and in-house bank structures
• Lead treasury operations, including payments and settlements execution
• Develop and maintain banking relationships; negotiate credit facilities and agreements
• Optimize banking structures, fees, and service levels
• Manage bank accounts, including opening/closing and signatory controls
• Drive treasury system enhancements and automation initiatives
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency
• Provide hands-on guidance and task delegation to a lean team across Singapore and Tel Aviv
