1. Store Assistant /Up to $2,600 /Mon-Fri:8.30am-5.30pm @Joo Koon

• Manage incoming and outgoing stock keeping, conduct quantity & quality check on incoming goods.
• Pack and label items, and ensure proper allocation of parts to warehouse racks.
• Ensure inventory in store is accurate, and perform monthly stock check & generate report.
• Load & unload goods maintenance of warehouse equipment i.e forklift, lift truck & report any malfunction.
• Oversee store cleanliness, housekeeping and preparing goods for delivery.
• Experience in warehouse environment (Maintain store, receiving materials/delivery finished goods).
• Possess forklift license (PSA approved) 3–5-ton level.

1. Warehpuse Supervisor /5 days /Up to $3,800 @Penjuru

• Coordinate activities i.e receiving, storing & shipping to optimize operational flow & team collaboration.
• Maintain inventory records & conduct cycle counts to identify and resolve discrepancies.
• Plan and allocate resources to meet operational demands, productivity & minimizing downtime.
• Work with internal departments to prioritize & manage incoming/outgoing shipments.
• Conduct inspections & audits to uphold cleanliness & compliance with quality standards.
• Manage and resolve warehouse issues to maintain positive employee relations and operational.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
• Monitor and enforce company policies and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
• Provide feedback and coaching to warehouse team members to develop their skills & performance.
• Prepare & analyze reports on productivity, inventory & shipping/receiving accuracy.
• Diploma in Logistics with 3 years experience, possess Forklift license & Computer literacy.

1. Warehouse Assistant /5 days /Up to $2,700 @Penjuru

• Receiving, Inspecting and loading/unloading incoming and outgoing goods and materials.
• Accurately picking, packing and dispatching orders as per customer requirements.
• Assisting with inventory management, including stock checks and cycle counts.
• Operating warehouse equipment such as a forklifts, pallet jacks and scanners.
• Assist with inventory control, ensuring proper storage and accurate logging of goods.
• Maintain handling and storage standards to avoid damage and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Maintaining a clean, safe and organized warehouse environment.
• Adhering to all Health, Safety and Quality standards and Procedures.
• At least 1 -3 years experience with forklift license
