Warehouse Assistant / Storekeeper (Forklift)
- Location: Tuas West (Near MRT)
- Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8.30am – 5.30pm
- Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $2,500 + AWS + Variable Bonus + OT
- Duration : Permanent

Main Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and store incoming goods; verify against delivery orders and purchase orders
- Perform picking, packing, and preparation of goods for delivery, service, or project orders
- Ensure accurate inventory records and stock movement updates in system (e.g., Navision)
- Maintain proper labelling, FIFO practices, and organized warehouse storage
- Conduct cycle counts and support inventory accuracy checks
- Assist with loading/unloading of goods and coordination with logistics team
- Ensure proper documentation for incoming and outgoing shipments
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness, safety standards, and proper equipment handling
- Support ad-hoc warehouse and operational duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum secondary education or equivalent
- At least 1–2 years of warehouse/storekeeping experience preferred
- Basic computer knowledge (e.g., Microsoft Excel/Word); ERP/Navision experience is a plus
- Forklift license is required
- Able to handle physical tasks and work in a warehouse environment
- Detail-oriented with good organizational and teamwork skills
