Scope:
- Project coordination (trackers, action logs, milestones)
- Process documentation (SOPs, workflows, RACI)
- Data tracking & reporting (Excel dashboards, metrics)
- Support AI / automation initiatives (UAT tracking, documentation)
- Change management support (training materials, comms, readiness tracking)
Profile we are looking for:
- 2–5 years experience in project coordination / PMO / HR operations or shared services
- Strong in documentation, tracking, and stakeholder coordination
- Comfortable with Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams
- Exposure to transformation / automation / ServiceNow / Workday / Power BI is a plus
