Deputy Peer Wealth Planner

• Working closely with the Client Services teams in order to provide guidance on complex trust structures, portfolio restructures and the preparation of technical correspondence.
• Managing internal client and assets acceptance procedures, preparation of necessary documents for the clients and structures on-boarding, interaction with compliance, legal and wealth planning colleagues with respect thereto
• Participation in wealth planning reviews of the existing fiduciary structures
• Preparation of trust-related documents for setting-up new fiduciary structures and

• Liaising with client advisors(including lawyers, accountants and other advisors) in relation to client matters / structures, and reviewing / implementing written advice provided
• Monitoring developments in regulatory, legal and tax areas in assigned regions and

• Participation in advisory projects such as strategic succession and contingency planning,

stress-testing (health check) fiduciary structures and family governance projects.

• Qualified lawyer with a minimum of 2 - 5 years’ experience and relevant private client experience
• Ideal candidate should have a good intermediary network in the fiduciary and financial services industry including law firms, accounting firms, multi / single family offices and private banks
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent collaboration, project management and problem-solving skills
• Strong advisory skills
• Languages: Fluency in English, any other language a plus
• Personality: highly proactive, self-starter, entrepreneurial mindset, independent, versatile, flexible and pragmatic approach, ‘can do’ attitude, team-player, solution focused individual
