Operations Executive (Freight Forwarding)

An affiliate of a transportation company, Richwell Global Forwarding is a local freight forwardingCompany located at the eastern side of Singapore. We are expanding actively and looking for asuitable candidate to grow the Company with us. If you are a team player whom loves challenges,we want you!

• Ability to handle documentation for all shipments and plan for collection/delivery in order to meet cut-off timing.
• Preparing and processing of shipments
• Follow-up with customers on shipment status, building good customer relationship and assist on customers’ request.
• Maintain regular contact/rapport in understanding and forecasting customer's requirements.
• Responsible to close all job files promptly to meet month end closing of accounts.
• Ability to ensure that KPIs are met.
• Knowledge of Sysfreight will be an added advantage.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of working experience in freight forwarding companies
• Recognized Diploma / ITE preferably in Logistics / Supply Chain / Operations Management
• Good working knowledge for MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Eager to learn and inquisitive by nature.
• Proficient in English, knowledge of different languages would be an advantage to communicate more fluently.
• Able to multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude, meticulous, and possess good organizational skills.
• Able to commit for overtime when required
