Desh Catering is a growing catering service dedicated to providing healthy, quality, and affordable meals to migrant workers in Singapore. We are looking for a dynamic and responsible Operations Manager to oversee our daily operations and support our expansion.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and supervise daily catering operations.
- Coordinate kitchen production, packing, and food delivery schedules.
- Lead and manage operational staff, drivers, and kitchen teams.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve operational issues.
- Monitor inventory, purchasing, and supplier coordination.
- Improve operational efficiency and service quality.
- Prepare operational reports and support business growth initiatives.
- Able to work independently and under pressure day & Night shift
- Minimum 3 years of experience in operations management in any industries
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Email).
- Minimum 5-10 years Working Experience in Singapore
- Minimum Education qualifications - A level
- Workplace Safety related Certificate will be more advantaged
