About the Role
We are seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to lead business development and account growth within the Industrial and Commercial sectors. This role involves client engagement, sales pipeline management, solution selling, and collaboration with internal teams to deliver tailored technology solutions that address client needs.
The Sales Manager will report to the Sales Lead and work closely with various internal teams across business units to define value propositions, shape solution offerings, and drive go-to-market strategies. This position plays a key role in expanding the company’s footprint and driving strategic growth in target markets.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and expand a portfolio of accounts through engagement with key decision-makers in the Industrial and Commercial sectors.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities by promoting the company’s solutions to targeted customers.
- Stay current with technology trends and understand client business challenges to recommend suitable solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to assemble and coordinate the right resources for successful solution delivery and contract closure.
- Meet or exceed sales targets by developing and closing new opportunities and expanding existing client accounts.
- Maintain high levels of client satisfaction through relationship management and quality service delivery.
- Craft value propositions and lead business negotiations to close deals effectively.
- Manage and coordinate contract terms and conditions with internal stakeholders and clients.
- Champion a seamless customer experience by coordinating service and support across departments.
- Align sales efforts with the organization’s core capabilities and long-term growth strategy.
- Relevant sales experience, preferably within IT services, digital solutions, or technology sectors.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Strong business acumen and ability to translate technical concepts into client-centric business solutions.
- Knowledge of commercial and contractual arrangements.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
- Experience working with multiple internal and external stakeholders is preferred.
- Adaptable, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Ability to manage ambiguity and adjust to evolving priorities.
