Responsibilities:

Effectively manage all aspects of .NET software development projects, from planning and scoping to delivery and deployment
Coordinate cross-functional teams, including developers, testers, and business stakeholders, to drive projects forward
Develop detailed project plans, monitor progress, and communicate updates to stakeholders
Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies to keep projects on track
Ensure projects comply with company policies, industry standards, and best practices
Continuously look for ways to improve project management processes and methodologies

Requirements:

2 years of experience as a Technical Project Manager, ideally in a .NET development environment
Strong understanding of the software development life cycle and Agile/Scrum methodologies
Excellent project management skills, including planning, scheduling, and resource allocation
Proven ability to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Solid understanding of .NET technologies, including C#, ASP.NET, and SQL Server
Experience in managing complex, high-visibility projects with multiple stakeholders
Ability to work independently and lead a team to successful project delivery
