Administrative Officer (Facilities Services) - Bukit Merah

Hourly Rate: $14/hour
Working Hours:
- Mon – Thurs: 8.30am – 6.00pm
- Fri: 8.30am – 5.30pm
Location: Jurong East & WFH (Hybrid)
Job Responsibilities:
- Liaise with building owners to update and verify building information and related data.
- Reconnect with building owners whose contact details are outdated or invalid.
- Provide administrative and operational support to the department, including scheduling, documentation, and other ad-hoc tasks.
- Assist in data entry, reporting, and maintaining accurate records.
Requirements:
- Diploma in any discipline with relevance to administration, facilities coordination, or operations.
- Prior experience in administrative support, office operations, or facilities coordination is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other office productivity tools.
