It maintains a strong focus on delivering high-quality service while advancing sustainability initiatives. With regional offices across Asia, the company continues to evolve under multi-generational leadership and is seeking a Treasury Manager to join its team.

Description

Reporting to the Managing Director, you will:

Lead strategic treasury planning to support vessel acquisitions, refinancing, and long-term capital deployment
Manage and optimise group-wide liquidity, ensuring adequate funding and efficient cash allocation across jurisdictions and subsidiaries
Structure, negotiate, and execute bilateral and syndicated loan facilities, export credit agency-backed loans, and leasing arrangements
Oversee financial risk management, including foreign exchange, interest rate, and hedging strategies, aligned with corporate risk appetite and market conditions
Drive capital allocation decisions, debt/equity structuring, and balance sheet optimisation in collaboration with the senior leadership team
Enhance treasury governance, including policy development, internal controls, KPIs, and compliance with financial covenants.
Lead treasury reporting to the Board, including budgeting, cash flow forecasts, and scenario analysis

Profile

Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting; with at least 10 years of working experience in treasury
Experience working Group/HQ level, proven ability to execute business initiatives in collaboration with senior management
Industry experience in shipping, aviation, infrastructure, or other capital-intensive sectors
Track record of managing large-scale financings across multiple currencies and jurisdictions
Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and the ability to lead complex structured financing initiatives
