Job Description

Counter reception and registration of patients
Answering telephone & arranging appointments
Confirmation of patients’ appointments
Stock taking and ordering of dental materials
Calling up and sending out and collection of works from dental laboratories
Responsible for daily collections and accounts
Arranging of appointment with dental suppliers
Submission of CHAS and generate reports
Liaising with patients via email and calls
Ensuring smooth flow of patients
Ensuring positive patient experience in the clinic
Patient ambassador
Treatment coordinator
Invoice and tax receipt filing
In charge of duty roster for Dental Surgery Assistants

Requirements

Customer service and people oriented
Confident, energetic and cheerful personality
Has basic computer skills
Ability to work well in a team
Willingness to learn new skills and work with your hands.
Pride in keeping work environment neat and tidy
Punctuality and reliability as a member of the service delivery team
Fluency in spoken and written English
Fluency in spoken Chinese
Dental Clinic experience is an advantage
Multi task
Able to work on weekday nights
