Food Concepts Group is an established Food & Beverage group in Singapore, operating a portfolio of well-known dining concepts, including Altro Zafferano, Griglia Open Fire Italian Kitchen (Craig Road & Katong), and 54 Steakhouse.

This role may be assigned to any of the outlets within the group, depending on operational needs.

Your Role

As a Restaurant Captain / Floor Supervisor, you will:

  • Assists with the smooth and efficient service of the outlet.
  • Ensuring that standards are met at all times
  • Deliver excellent customer service at all times
  • Constantly strives to satisfy all guests that patronize the outlet.
  • Maintains the cleanliness of the restaurant front/back of the house
  • Takes guest orders and delivers items without unnecessary delay
  • Possess a thorough knowledge of the restaurant menu
  • Actively up-sell the menu
  • Reports any difficulty or problem to Service / Operations Manager
  • To follow up with Service / Operations Manager on the solution or follow-up action
  • Ensures mise-en-place is prepared to the requirement and operation needs
  • Ensures tables are cleaned and re-set at the conclusion of each course
  • Participates in training to improve selfknowledge and skills
  • Assists in monthly inventory checks on operating equipment and supplies

What We’re Looking For

✔ Diploma/Certificate in Hospitality/Tourism (preferred).
✔ Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Captain or Supervisor in F&B.
✔ Strong communication, leadership, and customer service skills.
✔ Positive team player, well-groomed, adaptable.
✔ Able to work weekends/public holidays.

✔ Singaporeans and Permanent Residents encouraged to apply.

(Less experienced candidates may be considered for Food Runner roles)
