The Opportunity

As a Research Associate, you will engage with world-class scientists while gaining invaluable experience in R&D. You will perform hands-on bench work, ensuring timely project completion and the delivery of key objectives.We offer a competitive salary and benefits package.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will advance our cell therapy pipeline by:
- Executing in vitro and in vivo Proof-of-Concept (POC) research, including culturing, engineering and maintaining mammalian and primary immune cells.
- Meticulous preparation and documentation of protocols and technical documents, experiments and results.
- Performing data analysis, organization, presentation, and delivering timely reports.
- 2-3+ years of relevant lab experience (industry or academia), including experience in flow cytometry, basic molecular and stem cell biology, genome editing or protein engineering techniques.
- A BS/Ms. in Immunology, Stem Cell Biology, Cancer Biology or a closely related life sciences field.
- Exceptional experimental expertise and strong hands-on work ethic.
- Outstanding communication, interpersonal, organizational and documentation skills.
- A team mindset, integrity in data handling and highly analytical and critical thinking with a genuine passion for innovation and problem-solving
- Experience with in vivo cancer studies, or gene and cell therapy is an added advantage
