As a Sales Executive, you’ll be the business hunter driving new market penetration and enterprise account growth for the Managed Services business unit.
You’ll own the full sales cycle—from prospecting to closure—while collaborating with operations and presales teams to deliver high-value solutions. Your role is to convert opportunities into profitable, long-term client relationships built on trust and measurable results.
This is a permanent full-time, Singapore-based role reporting to the Vice President, Managed Services.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING- Identify, prospect, and win new customers while expanding coverage in existing accounts
- Lead the full sales cycle: cold outreach, presentations, stakeholder engagement, qualification, proposal preparation, clarifications, negotiation, and closure
- Build, maintain, and grow relationships with enterprise and strategic accounts
- Maintain Account Business Plans to meet or exceed sales goals
- Manage a consistent pipeline of qualified opportunities
- Develop sales strategies and win plans, and lead internal processes during bids
- Understand managed services delivery models to capture & document client requirements accurately
- Oversee deal closure processes, including contract signing, PO issuance, order logging, and project handover
- Minimum 5 years of 3 years in IT sales
- Good understanding of cloud computing, managed services, and cybersecurity
- Proven ability to plan and execute targeted lead generation campaigns
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills (verbal, written, and presentation)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate across teams effectively
- Cybersecurity Sales is a strong plus
- 5 years of overall IT industry experience
