• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.

• Support Singapore Mortgage Acquisition Product Managers & Overseas Property Financing for wealth segments in end-to-end planning and execution of key product initiatives
• Ideate, plan, execute and track Wealth engagement strategies, including campaigns and marketing
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs, competitor offerings, and industry trends.
• Develop, enhance, and optimize home loan products and services based on market insights and customer feedback
• Develop training resources, and sales tools to support Relationship Managers (RMs) in effectively engaging clients on property and mortgage topics, driving sales and client satisfaction
• Support execution of new pricing strategies and campaigns
• Analyse large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and key insights to drive strategic decision-making for the Singapore Mortgage business
• Update regular business reports relating to new bookings, redemptions, and portfolio ENR, and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the success of the Mortgage business
• Manage technology enhancement projects
• Provide support to Product Managers in ad hoc projects
