HR Manager, Talent Acquisition (West/ Up to $7,000 + AWS + VB)

Key Responsibilities:

• Led and managed a team providing coaching, mentoring, and performance management to drive team effectiveness.
• Collaborated on the development and execution of strategic talent acquisition initiatives aligned with organisational hiring needs.
• Ensured operational excellence across recruitment processes, systems, and compliance standards.
• Monitored industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition to continuously enhance recruitment strategies.
• Analysed recruitment data and performance metrics, delivering insights and regular reports to senior management.
• Built and maintained strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners, including hiring managers, recruitment agencies, and educational institutions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related discipline.
• At least 10 years of experience in talent acquisition
• Experience within healthcare related industry is an advantage.
• Demonstrated success in leading, coaching, and developing high-performing recruitment teams.
• Strong track record of managing and delivering high-volume hiring, with in-depth knowledge of recruitment best practices and market trends.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to design and execute strategic workforce and hiring plans.
• Highly detail-oriented with strong organisational and time-management capabilities.
• Proactive and solution-focused, with sound judgement in problem-solving and decision-making.
