Role Overview
This role is a 1-year contract for maternity leave cover, as the Shopper Marketing Manager specialize in shopper marketing for SG & MY market, responsible for developing and executing shopper-centric marketing strategies and activations across retail and online channels to drive conversion at point of sale, enhancing brand equity and delivering market share targets
Job Descriptions- Lead the development and execution of shopper marketing strategy and activation plans leveraging shopper and category insights to drive sales growth and enhanced brand visibility
- Prepare trade presenters and create trade communication and POS materials for new product launches, seasonal campaigns and shopper promotions
- Continuously monitor and evaluate trade marketing initiatives, analyse campaign performance to provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve effectiveness and results
- Conduct analysis of sales data, shopper behavior, and market trends to support business decisions and uncover new opportunities. Stay ahead of retail and category trends, competitor actions, and consumer behaviors to adapt strategies accordingly
- Partner Brand Marketing, Sales and Digital teams to ensure seamless execution and brand consistency
- Manage budgets effectively and track spend across campaigns
Desired Skills and Experiences,
To make sure we are setting new starters up for success, we ask that you meet a few criteria relevant to the role to be considered for this opportunity:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or a related field
- 6+ years of experience in local/regional shopper marketing, trade marketing or brand activation, preferably in Health Supplements or Beauty categories
- Proven experience managing shopper marketing strategies across multiple markets
- SG & MY market knowledge and experience is a must
- Strong project and time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
