(1) Administrative support- CorpPass management; monthly CPF and Levy submission and checks
- Annual IR8A/AIS filing; support for Work Permit and pass-related procedures
- Singtel account management; office-related general affairs (as needed)
- Entering and maintaining customer information in the CRM
- Printing and dispatching training materials for clients
- Translation support for proposals and documents (Japanese–English)
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Detail-oriented and reliable with administrative tasks
- Prefers a mostly-remote role that fits around family or other commitments
