Internship Duration

Candidates must be available for full-time work during the internship period.

• Support the processing of sales orders, including entry of sales contracts, order details, and resource checks into internal systems;
• Assist in executing service-related operations such as new service activation, changes, and terminations after delivery;
• Help coordinate administrative tasks for the business team and maintain internal documentation;
• Verify business documents for completeness and accuracy, and notify relevant teams to proceed with operational follow-ups (e.g., start date or cancellation);
• Assist with internal audits and compliance reviews for service-related records;
• Provide support to country offices within the ASEAN region for order acceptance and related coordination tasks;
• Complete other duties assigned by the department.

• Education:
• Must be currently pursuing or have recently completed a Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Operations, Communications, or a related field
• Technical Skills:
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (especially Excel and Word)
• Familiarity with sales support systems or business workflows is a plus
• Language Skills:
• Fluent in both English and Mandarin – required to coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders in Mainland China
• Able to review and handle basic bilingual documentation

• Strong communication and coordination abilities
• Eager to learn, with a proactive and collaborative attitude
• Must have valid work authorization or student visa that allows full-time internship in Singapore
