Business Development Supervisor

Job Summary
Trip.com Group, a leading global travel service provider, is looking for an experienced Business Development Supervisor in driving growth across the Tours, Experiences, and F&B verticals. This role will play a key part in identifying and establishing strategic partnerships, negotiating commercial agreements, and expanding our product portfolio.This role requires strong industry insight, commercial acumen, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally to enhance our customers’ travel experiences and support Trip.com’s expansion strategy in the Singapore market.
Key Responsibilities- - Develop and implement business development strategies to meet growth targets in the tours and attractions.
- Source, onboard, and manage local activity suppliers in line with company strategy and compliance policies.
- Maintain and strengthen supplier relationships through regular engagement, performance reviews, and contract negotiations.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders across product, marketing, and tech teams to ensure smooth integration and launch of new offerings.
- Assist in conducting market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities, trends, and gaps in the market.
- Build and manage relationships with key partners, industry players, and stakeholders to drive innovation and commercial value.
- Assist in leading sales initiatives including upselling, cross-selling, and promotional campaigns to maximize revenue and customer engagement.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Tourism, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in business development, partnerships, or sales roles within the travel, hospitality, or entertainment industries, preferably with OTA experience
- Strong knowledge of tours and attractions with established industry connections; prior experience in these segments is a strong advantage.
- Demonstrated experience in negotiating complex commercial contracts and managing long-term partner relationships.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with a strong drive for results and growth.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing business needs.
- Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant business tools.
- Strong command of written and spoken English and Mandarin is required due to the need to liaise with Mandarin-speaking partners.
