Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and execute test cases based on business and functional requirements.
- Perform functional, integration, and regression testing to ensure system stability.
- Collaborate closely with developers, product owners, and stakeholders within an Agile/SCRUM environment.
- Identify, log, and track defects using standard tools, ensuring timely resolution.
- Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Ensure adherence to software testing standards and best practices.
- Support test documentation and maintain test artefacts.
Required Skills:
- 5–7 years of experience in software testing / QA roles.
- Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies.
- Hands-on experience in manual testing, including Functional Testing, Integration Testing, Regression Testing.
- Experience working in Agile/SCRUM environments.
- Familiarity with defect tracking and collaboration tools such as: JIRA, Confluence.
- Experience in Telecommunication or Broadband domain.
