Responsibilities:
- Conduct inspection for incoming, in process and outgoing QC checks
- Perform environment and personal inspection
- Perform food testing in laboratory, with training be provided
- Compile reporting on the inspection for data analysis
- Others duties as assigned by management
Requirements:
- Min 2 years QC experience in food industries
- Good understanding of food hygiene requirement and standards
- Familiar with basic control measures and QC checks
- Able to support rotating shifts.
