In this position as Business Support Assistant Manager, you will be working alongside with a team and provide support to the Head of Employee Benefits to oversee and coordinate within the division and in relation to Corporate Planning and management reporting requirements.
You will be expected to support the HOD to ensure the business is in compliance with the relevant risk management frameworks and policies in accordance with the company's guidelines and standards. You will be required to coordinate within the division and liaise with the governance team for all compliance related matters and work closely with internal stakeholders and relevant function to coordinate & consolidate review/reports.
The ideal incumbent will be expected to co-ordinate review and update of group business underwriting guidelines & Underwriting Authority with relevant stakeholders and work with other members on e-learning courses for RNF staff to meet annual CPD hours.
You will drive overall product management and pricing function, assist to oversee all distribution support functions, including on-boarding of new distribution partner, client-specific claims analysis, training matters, setting up process for distribution, management of the secondees and support new business initiatives....

skills & experience required- 3+ plus years of experience in the life insurance industry with proven track record within the Group Insurance/Employee Health & Benefits industry
- Knowledgeable and commercially aware of the market and industry needs and trends
- Good network relationship with Intermediaries, partners and corporate clients
- Excellent communication & presentation skills, analytical and independent
- Good conceptual and critical thinking, interpersonal & social skills
- Strong business acumen, self-motivated and team player
