We are not a traditional student care centre. We are redefining how children experience the Chinese language. We are a premium, immersive bilingual environment where children don’t just learn Mandarin—they live it, enjoy it, and grow confident in it.
We focus on MOE primary school students with a skew to Primary 1 to Primary 3.
We are seeking a passionate, experienced Chinese educator and leader to step in as Co-Founder / Head Chinese Teacher — the new heart, voice, and face of the brand.
Business is a single-centre at almost full capacity and has been operational since January 2025.- The Opportunity

- Head of Chinese Programme
- Design and deliver an immersive Chinese curriculum and enrichments aligned with MOE standards
- Bring lessons to life through storytelling, culture, drama, and real-world application
- Mentor and train other teachers as the centre grows
- Ensure every child develops confidence, fluency, and love for the language
- Face of the Brand
- Be the public-facing educator parents trust and remember
- Engage parents through briefings, updates, and community building
- Represent the brand in marketing content (talks, videos, social media)
- Help shape the tone, positioning, and storytelling of the brand
- Expand the business with the opening of additional centres
- Co-Founder Mindset
- Contribute to strategy, hiring, and growth plans
- Think beyond the classroom: enrolment, retention, partnerships
- Build systems and culture that scale
- Who We’re Looking For
You’re not just a teacher—you’re a builder.
Must-haves:
- Singapore Citizen or permanent resident (We do not issue EP)
- Proven experience and background (at least >10 years) in teaching local Singapore Chinese MOE syllabus Primary 1 to 6 (P1-P3 bigger focus)
- Native Mandarin speaker with strong command of English (bilingual excellence is essential).
- Passion for making Chinese engaging, modern, and relevant
- Love for education and children
- Natural presence—confident, articulate, and inspiring
