Our esteemed client is looking for Pharmacy Retail Associate

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure prompt opening of the store and readiness of computer systems.
• Monitor customer flow and actively work to minimize wait times.
• Prepare and manage cash float, operating the cash register efficiently.
• Promote weekly specials and engage in effective selling techniques.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in retail areas and storage spaces.
• Keep accurate records and ensure proper maintenance of pharmacy equipment.
• Monitor stock levels, replenish goods, and conduct cycle counts and stock takes.
• Maintain daily sales records and perform data entry in the inventory system.
• Assist in compiling and filing retail documents meticulously.
• Help generate monthly reports for analysis and checks.
• Coach and orient new staff on operational workflows and pharmacy functions.
• Conduct briefings for promoters as required.
• Engage in workplace improvement projects and other duties assigned by the Reporting Officer.

Requirement:

• GCE N or O level qualification.
• 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in a retail environment.
• Service-oriented and customer-focused
• Team Player
