Job Responsibilities:

• Provide nursing care to the residents in the nursing home
• Ensure residents' safety and comfort
• Assess clinical conditions and vital signs of patients
• Responsible for medication administration
• Work closely and collaborate with allied health professionals on residents' wellbeing
• Ensure patients' comfort and safety
• Educating and providing advise to residents

Job Requirements:

• Min Diploma in Nursing
• Registered with Singapore Nursing Board
• Able to work independently & possess good listening skill
