Job Title: Creative & Content Marketing Intern
Job-Type: Internship (3-6 months internship)

Reports To: Creative & Social Media Executive

What you’ll be doing:

Social Media: Collaborate with the Creative & Social Media Executive to brainstorm, plan and execute social media content on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Cove community app and YouTube. Create visually appealing content including videos, graphics and written posts, that align with our brand guidelines. Stay updated on the latest social media trends and proactively suggest new creative ideas for platforms like IG Reels and TikTok.
Property Shoots: Assist with set up and staging professional and lifestyle photoshoots and VR shoots for new properties, adhering to our guidelines. Lead and manage VR scan during property photoshoots.
Community Events: Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute exciting monthly community events for our tenants.
Other Ad Hoc Tasks: Assist the marketing team in staging properties for investors tours.

What makes you a great fit:

Completed or pursuing an undergraduate degree in design or related field
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, primarily Illustrator and Photoshop
Has experience in creating video content for IG Reels, TikTok and/or YouTube
Basic video editing skills
Comfortable with being on camera
Great spoken and written English
Creative with an eye for design
Resourceful
Attention to detail
Ability to be flexible and deal with ambiguity
Proactive and not afraid to go out of comfort zone
Team player

Preferred:

Strong passion for social media marketing
Strong visual design skills
Motion graphics is a plus
