Description:
- Monday - Friday: 8am - 530pm
- up to $5500
- Attend to technical/engineering enquiry from airline customers and repair agencies.
- Process requests for tooling and spares to support Field Engineers/customers and liaise with OEMs.
- Co-ordinate working party arrangement with customers.
- Handle technical investigation and warranty management.
- Render support to the Customer Support Manager/Customer Support Director.
- Perform Aircraft-on-ground (AOG) support function during weekends & public holidays on a rotating basis within the team.
