• Senior Manager (Talent Acquisition) – Tech Hiring

Salary: Up to $11,000

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for technology-related positions
• Partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders on hiring strategies
• Drive sourcing initiatives and build strong tech talent pipelines
• Manage stakeholder relationships and provide market insights
• Support workforce planning and recruitment operations initiatives
• Mentor and guide Talent Acquisition team members where required

• Minimum 8 years of Talent Acquisition / recruitment experience
• Strong experience in technology hiring
• In-house TA experience preferred; agency background may also be considered
• Strong stakeholder management and sourcing capabilities
• Assistant Manager (Talent Acquisition) – Tech Hiring

Salary: Up to $6,000

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for technology-related positions
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and timelines
• Source and engage tech talents through various recruitment channels
• Coordinate interviews and provide hiring recommendations
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for future hiring needs
• Provide market insights and support recruitment planning initiatives
• Ensure positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process

• Minimum 4 years of Talent Acquisition / recruitment experience
• Strong exposure to technology hiring
• In-house TA experience preferred; agency background may also be considered
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
