Location: Serangoon North (company bus to/fro AMK MRT)
Duration: 1 Year (renewable)
Salary: Basic Up to $2800 Per Month + Completion Bonus + Shift Allowance + OT
Working days: Monday to Friday, Alternate Saturday
Shift timings (Choose 1):

Morning shift: 6.45am to 3.15pm
Afternoon shift: 2.45pm to 11.15pm (Shift allowance $10/day)
Night shift: 10.45pm to 7.15am (Shift allowance $15/day)

Job Scope:

Assemble and test wire bonder machines according to engineering specifications.
Troubleshoot and resolve semiconductor machine issues.
Perform data entry into the central system.

Requirements:

Engineering background is advantageous
Familiar with hand tools (spanner, screwdriver etc)
