ey Responsibilities
  1. Sales Strategy & Goal Management
  • Develop and implement annual sales plans and budgets for each region (China, US, Taiwan), and break them down into quarterly and monthly targets.
  • Provide accurate monthly and quarterly sales forecasts.
  • Analyze industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to dynamically adjust sales strategies (e.g., direct sales, distribution, strategic partnerships).
  • Lead business negotiations with key accounts (e.g., OEMs, IDMs, system integrators) and establish long-term cooperation frameworks.
  1. Cross-Regional Team Leadership
  • Directly manage the China-based sales team and oversee the daily operations and performance reviews of the teams in the US and Taiwan.
  • Establish cross-cultural collaboration mechanisms to address challenges arising from time zones, languages, and market differences.
  • Identify and develop high-potential sales talent; enhance the team’s technical selling capabilities.
  1. Customer & Market Development
  • Lead the development and maintenance of relationships with key clients in sectors such as consumer electronics and automotive electronics.
  • Collaborate with the marketing department to design and implement regional marketing strategies (e.g., trade shows, technical seminars, client training).
  • Gather client feedback and work with R&D to drive product improvements.
  1. Sales Operations & Risk Management
  • Optimize the end-to-end sales process—from lead generation to payment collection—ensuring contract compliance (with particular attention to US export controls and Taiwan trade regulations).
  • Monitor accounts receivable and inventory turnover to mitigate business risks.
  • Ensure accurate sales forecasts and coordinate closely with supply planning to maintain stable supply and healthy inventory levels.
  1. Channel & Distributor Management
  • Identify and evaluate high-quality distributors and establish long-term strategic partnerships.
  • Build a robust and scalable distributor management system to drive sustainable growth.
Qualifications
  1. Education & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Microelectronics, Electronic Engineering, Marketing, or related fields.
  • Minimum of 10 years of sales experience in the semiconductor industry, with at least 5 years in a senior management role.
  • Proven experience managing cross-border teams across China, the US, and Taiwan preferred.
  • Deep understanding of the semiconductor value chain (design, manufacturing, packaging & testing) and mainstream products.
  1. Core Competencies
  • Strong business negotiation skills with a proven track record of closing multi-million-dollar deals.
  • Excellent cross-cultural communication abilities; willing to travel frequently (≥4 times per year to the US/Taiwan).
