Working hours:
Working hours - 10am – 7pm (4 weekdays and 1 weekend)
Responsibilities:
- Primarily handling email and phone support, including assisting with backend call operation
- Open to work on a 1 day weekend
- Handle walk in drivers and customers when necessary
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a relevant customer service role and call centre environment is necessary
- Minimum educational qualification of NITEC/ITE in a relevant field
