About the role
As a Project Engineer at Right Construction Pte Ltd, you will play a vital role in the delivery of complex construction projects. Reporting to the Project Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Job Responsibilities- Manage and coordinate engineering projects from initiation to completion
- Review project plans, specifications, and technical documents
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams
- Monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation
- Prepare cost estimates and technical reports
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
- Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies
- Provide technical guidance and support to project teams
- Track project progress and prepare status updates for stakeholders
- Manage the day-to-day operations and coordination of construction projects
- Conduct site inspections and monitor progress to identify and resolve any issues
- Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including plans, schedules, and reports
- Support the procurement of materials and equipment, ensuring timely delivery to site
- Assist in the development and implementation of project management processes and procedures
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of project delivery and cost control
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field)
- 3–5+ years of relevant project engineering experience (varies by industry)
- Strong knowledge of project management principles
- Proficiency in engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Project, Primavera, or industry-specific tools)
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and leadership abilities
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
