M&E Project Manager / Senior Project Engineer
About the role
KION ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced M&E Project Manager / Senior Project Engineer to join our team in Lorong 8 Toa Payoh Central Region. This full-time role will be responsible for leading and delivering complex construction projects, utilising your strong technical expertise and project management capabilities.
What you'll be doing- Manage the overall planning, scheduling, and execution of assigned M&E construction projects
- Coordinate and oversee the work of cross-functional teams, including contractors, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
- Identify and mitigate potential risks, implementing effective control measures
- Provide technical guidance and support to project teams, troubleshooting issues as they arise
- Monitor project progress, reporting on key metrics and milestones to senior management
- Promote a safe work environment and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and safety protocols
- Degree in Engineering or a related field, with a minimum of 6 years' experience in a project management role within the construction industry
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex M&E construction projects, preferably in the commercial or industrial sectors
- Strong technical knowledge and understanding of construction methods, materials, and building systems
- Excellent project management skills, including proficiency in scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels
- Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to make informed decisions under pressure
- Familiarity with relevant industry regulations, safety standards, and quality control procedures
