Our client is seeking a Senior Project Manager (Interior Renovation) to join their team!
About Our Client
Our client is a respected name in Singapore's F&B and commercial renovation sector. With a strong in-house technical team and robust project management capabilities, they provide comprehensive renovation solutions for restaurants, cafés, retail outlets, and foodservice businesses across various cuisines and formats.
What you'll be doing?- Lead multiple projects: Oversee various commercial and F&B renovation projects from award to handover, ensuring successful completion within budget and timeline.
- Plan and coordinate: Develop project timelines, allocate resources, and manage work sequencing for efficient project execution.
- Manage stakeholders: Chair site meetings and coordinate with clients, consultants, and authorities to ensure smooth project progression.
- Ensure compliance: Review and approve technical documents while ensuring adherence to BCA, SCDF, SFA, PUB, landlord, and MCST requirements.
- Control costs: Monitor project finances, manage variation orders, and review subcontractor claims to maintain budgetary control.
- Problem-solve: Address site issues, resolve technical challenges, and mitigate delays to keep projects on track.
- Maintain quality: Enforce quality control, safety standards, and workmanship expectations across all projects.
- Mentor and lead: Guide junior coordinators and maintain site discipline, fostering a culture of excellence and professionalism.
- Experienced professional: 7-10 years of interior renovation experience, with a strong background in commercial and F&B projects.
- Technical expertise: Solid understanding of construction details, sequencing, and AutoCAD, with the ability to review drawings and specifications independently.
- Multi-project management: Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects concurrently.
- Leadership qualities: Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills, with the ability to lead teams and communicate assertively with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
- Project tools proficiency: Familiarity with project tracking tools such as Excel or Google Sheets, as well as comfort with digital communication platforms.
Other Information:
- Working Days: Mon to Fri, 9am-6pm & Sat: 9am-1pm
- Salary: $6500 - $9000
- Transport allowance for site-based role
- Office location: Kaki Bukit (need to travel islandwide site)
