Customer Service Officer
Job Summary- Salary: Up to $2,600 Basic Monthly
- Working Days: 5 Days Work Week
- Working Hours: Rotating Shift Schedule
- Location: Ubi
- Employment Type: 1 Year Contract (Extendable)
- Handle inbound phone calls and email enquiries
- Provide accurate information and assistance to customers
- Follow up on customer enquiries and requests
- Accurately log call details and case information into the system
- Maintain service quality and customer satisfaction standards
- Perform administrative duties as assigned
- Minimum GCE 'O' Level and above
- Prior customer service or call centre experience is required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Well-spoken with good command of English
- Comfortable working on rostered shifts, weekends and public holidays where applicable
- Proficient in basic computer applications
