- Negotiation & advisory – managing offers, salary discussions, and providing market insights.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage candidates.
- Sales-driven mindset with ability to achieve targets and KPIs.
- Good negotiation and influencing skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
