Accounts Executive (Accounts Payable ONLY | MNC) - Up to $3,900 + Bonuses - Bukit Batok
- Location: Gul Road (Company Transport Provided: Woodlands, Bukit Batok, Choa Chu Kang, Jurong East, Boon Lay, Serangoon)
- Working hours: Monday to Friday (8am - 5.30pm)
- Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $3,900 + Variable Bonus + Flexi Benefits + OT pay (if required)

Main Responsibilities:
- Maintenance of Invoice Register and Process of invoices
- Process supplier batch payment / ad-hoc supplier payment
- Perform supplier balance reconciliation
- Prepare of accrual listing for month end closing
- Perform AP month end closing
- Check import/export permits, including prepare monthly MES declaration summary report
- Assist in annual audit (related to own scope)
- Filing of documents on timely basis
Requirements:
- Bilingual in both English and Mandarin to converse with Mandarin business associates
- Diploma in Accounting or equivalent
- At least 3 years of relevant accounting experience
