We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Counter Unmanned Aerial System Engineer with a strong background in RF jamming, GPS spoofing, and systems integration to join our Counter Unmanned Department. This critical role involves developing, integrating, and testing advanced electronic warfare (EW) systems designed to detect, track, and mitigate hostile unmanned aerial threats.

This role requires a hands-on engineer who thrives in high-pressure environments and is prepared to support critical operations and special events, including extended work hours when necessary.

  • Design, integrate, and validate RF jamming and GPS spoofing subsystems into CUAS platforms.
  • Develop and test techniques for detection, disruption, and neutralization of rogue drones.
  • Collaborate with software, RF, and hardware teams to ensure seamless integration of CUAS components.
  • Conduct lab and field testing to characterize and optimize system performance.
  • Analyze real-time signal intelligence and apply countermeasure tactics accordingly.
  • Support deployment, troubleshooting, and sustainment of CUAS systems during operational missions.
  • Produce detailed technical documentation including integration guides, test plans, and system architecture diagrams.
  • Support risk assessments, system safety reviews, and post-event analysis.
  • Work closely with program management to ensure system readiness for time-sensitive, mission-critical events.
Qualities We Value
  • Knowledge in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in RF systems, EW, or Defence-related engineering roles.
  • Strong expertise in:
  • RF jamming and GPS spoofing techniques and technologies.
  • Signal processing and RF propagation fundamentals.
  • System-level integration of sensors, processors, and effectors in defence platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with RF test equipment (spectrum analyzers, signal generators, vector network analyzers).
  • Familiarity with UAS technologies and electronic warfare principles.
  • Comfortable working in field environments, including setup and testing under various conditions.
  • Willingness to support off-hours and extended operations as required by mission needs.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must be able to work in a high-tempo, mission-critical environment.
  • Must be willing to travel occasionally and support 24/7 operational events on short notice.
  • Ability to lift and handle equipment in field conditions.
