We are representing our client, a leading provider of integrated MEP services who offers expertise in construction management, design, planning, logistics, commissioning, and maintenance.

HR & Administrative Assistant (Construction)

Responsibilities:

  • Handle HR administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and preparing employment contracts and documentation.
  • Conduct staff orientation and regular briefings on company policies and procedures.
  • Process MOM work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations for foreign workers.
  • Provide admin support in HR operations.
  • Maintain proper filing system, documentation & database.
  • Assist in preparation of correspondences, letter and documents.
  • Assist in other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the management.

Requirements:

  • O/A levels/Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field with a minimum of 2 years of relevant working experience.
  • Previous experiences in an HR or administrable role preferably within the construction industry, is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to work in team and independently.
